<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:

<br /> THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust a
<br /> executed by Tyler Fisher, a single person, Trustor, to Bank of Wood River, �r
<br /> Trustee, for the benefit of Bank of Wood River, the Beneficiary named therein,
<br /> dated April 17, 1998, and recorded April 23, 1998, in the office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 98-103760, has been paid,
<br /> and said Beneficiary has requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br /> executed and delivered;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br /> the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br /> by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br /> entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br /> said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br /> premises:
<br /> Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), in Block Four (4), in Brett and
<br /> Johnson's Addition to Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances
<br /> belonging to such premises.
