202502730 <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3id St., Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, Levi D. Kaiser, a single person, Grantor, <br />whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Alec E. Paul and Karla <br />Paul -Corona, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in <br />common, conveys to Grantee the following described real property in Hall County, NE: <br />Lot Six.
