ORDINANCE NO. 8884 An ordinance to extend the boundaries and include within the corporate limits of, and to annex to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a tract of land comprising a part of Lot One (1) on the main land of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4, SE1 /4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6t" P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described herein; to provide service benefits thereto; to confirm zoning classifications; to repeal any ordinance or resolutions or parts of thereof in conflict herewith; to provide for publication in pamphlet form; and to provide the effective date of this ordinance. WHEREAS, on December 23, 2003, Ordinance No. 8884 was approved by the City Council of the City of Grand Island on first reading. WHEREAS, on January 13, 2004, Ordinance No. 8884 was approved by the City Council for the City of Grand Island on second reading. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1.
