<br />Scott P. Rief, Sole Member of Innate Development 2, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability
<br />company, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states upon his own personal knowledge:
<br />1. Innate Development 2, LLC is the owner of that certain real estate legally described as
<br />follows:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight
<br />(8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14),
<br />Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19),
<br />Twenty (20), Twenty -One (21), Twenty -Two (22), Twenty -Three (23) and
<br />Twenty -Four (24), Legacy 34 Sixth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />2. Affiant recorded a Termination of Notice of Commencement ("Termination Notice")
<br />concerning the Notice of Commencement that was originally filed of record in the Office of the
<br />Hall County Register of Deeds on January 13, 2025, as Instrument No. 202500195.
<br />3. Affiant sent a copy of the recorded Termination Notice to all claimants who have
<br />requested notice.
<br />4. Affiant further states that notice of the recording of the Termination Notice was
<br />published in the Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on April 26, 2025, May 3, 2025, and May 10, 2025, the last publication being at least
<br />five (5) days before the stated termination date contained in the Termination Notice.
<br />5. A copy of the notice as published is attached to this Affidavit as Exhibit "A" and is
<br />incorporated herein by this reference.
