<br />DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR BUSINESS
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Betty L. Gannon, have made, constituted, and
<br />appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute, and appoint Troy D. Gannon, or in the event of the death or
<br />incapacity of Troy D. Gannon, I appoint Donald Day, as my true and lawful attorney -in -fact, for me and in my
<br />name, place and stead and to my use, to manage and conduct all of my business and personal affairs and for that
<br />purpose, in my name and on my behalf, to do and execute all or any of the following acts, deeds and things, to -wit:
<br />I. To collect and sue for money and personal property which now are or hereafter shall be or become clue to me
<br />and upon receipt thereof: or of any part thereof to sign, execute and deliver receipts, releases, or other
<br />discharges, which are required or which shall be deemed advisable by my attorney -in -fact;
<br />2. To settle any account now due to me, or which may be due hereafter, and to sign, execute and deliver
<br />receipts, releases or other discharges which are required or which shall be deemed advisable by my
<br />attorney -in -fact;
<br />3. To commence, prosecute, defend and discontinue or settle all actions or other legal proceeding touching my
<br />estate or any part thereof, or touching any matter in which I or my estate may be in anyway concerned;
<br />4. To sell, either at public or private sale all or any part of the personal or real property which I may own for
<br />such consideration and upon such terms as my attorney shall think fit, and to execute and deliver good and
<br />sufficient conveyances in order to transfer said property;
<br />5. To deposit in checking or savings accounts all money due to me, including social security payment checks,
<br />and said money may be deposited in my attorney's name as my attorney -in -fact and I authorize my attorney -
<br />in -fact to draw checks upon said accounts;
<br />6. To cash and redeem all bonds, savings accounts, or certificates of deposit issued by banks or savings and loan
<br />associations which I may own or have an interest in;
<br />7. To invest in stocks, bonds, savings accounts, or other income producing properly any money or income
<br />which I may receive or in which my attorney -in -fact may receive for me;
<br />8. For all or any of the purposes ofthese presents to enter into and sign, execute, and deliver any contracts,
<br />deeds, leases, or other instruments whatsoever, and to draw, accept, make, endorse, discount, or otherwise
<br />deal with any bills ofexchange, checks, promissory notes, or other commercial or mercantile instruments;
<br />9. To pay my living expenses, such as medical care, hospital care, health and medical expenses, life insurance
<br />premiums, board and room and all such expenses;
<br />10. In general to do all other acts, deeds, matters, and things whatsoever in or about my estate, property, and
<br />affairs or to concur with persons jointly interested with myselftherein in doing all
