202502620 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10,015 (Cont.) <br />1 <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Five (5), Westgate Industrial Park 2nd <br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence westerly, <br />along the southerly line of said Lot Five (5), a distance of one hundred seventy <br />(170.0) feet; thence northerly and perpendicular to the southerly line of said Lot Five <br />(5), a distance of seventy-five (75.0) feet; thence easterly and parallel with the <br />southerly line of said Lot Five (5), a distance of twenty (20.0) feet; thence southerly <br />and perpendicular to the southerly line of said Lot Five (5), a distance of sixty-five <br />(65.0) feet; thence easterly and parallel with the southerly line of said Lot Five (5), a <br />distance of one hundred fifty (150.0) feet to a point on the easterly line of said Lot <br />Five (5); thence southerly along the easterly line of said Lot Five (5) a distance of ten <br />(10.0) feet to the said Point of Beginning. <br />Such Easements to be vacated as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto dated <br />1/11/2025 and incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 2. The title to the property vacated by Section 1 of the ordinance shall revert <br />to the owner or owners of the real estate upon which the easement is located. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby directed to be recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 4.
