Rainforth and Diana L. Rainforth, husband and <br />wife, are Trustor and Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on May 31, <br />2019, and identified as Document No. 201903112, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />The West One -Half of the Southeast Quarter (WY2SE1/4) of Section Thirty (30), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, EXCEPT a certain tract conveyed to the County of Hall, State of <br />Nebraska, more particularly described in Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 138 <br />or Deeds, page 335 <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above -described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />1001 y 1 aoa 5 , by Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, Trustee. <br />My commission expires: <br />GENERAL NOTARY - State of Nebraska <br />NONA SCHROLL <br />My Comm.
