<br />Lautenschlager and Circle L Land & Cattle Co., 11525 South US Hwy 281, Doniphan, Nebraska

<br />5. A general description of the claimant's services performed to, to be performed or materials
<br />furnished or to be furnished for the improvement and the contract price is: Land leveling and
<br />grading work and installation, delivery and purchase of culverts for property.
<br />6. The amount unpaid, whether due or not, to the claimant for the services or materials is
<br />$14,454.59 plus interest thereon at 1.33% per month from and after October 31, 2003.
