<br />I, Deryl D. Sorgenfrei, being fully sworn upon oath, deposes and
<br />says;
<br />1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of
<br />Nebraska, and is now a partner in the firm of Rockwell And
<br />Associates, Engineering & Surveying, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />2. Affiant further states that on July 14, 2003, he completed a
<br />survey of American Independence Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and that the original plat of said
<br />subdivision is now recorded at the Register of Deeds Office
<br />in the Hall County Courthouse at Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the
<br />plat of American Independence Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and has discovered an error in the
<br />distance shown for the west line of Lot Two (2), as shown on
<br />the plat drawing.
<br />4. Affiant further states that the distance for the west line of
<br />Lot Two (2), American Independence Subdivision, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, should be Ninety Four and Thirty
<br />Nine Hundredths (94.39) feet in lieu of Ninety Eight and
<br />Sixty One Hundredths (98.61) feet, as shown on the plat
<br />drawing.
