STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions, <br />under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which <br />will infringe upon a public right of way: <br />To access the City's public right-of-way for temporary placement of dumpster and dump trailer during <br />demolition to remove debris from 115.5 West 3rd Street, per the attached Exhibit "A", dated 04/24/2025 <br />consisting of one (1) page. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the following described real estate <br />adjacent to the Licensor's public right of way, to which this License Agreement shall apply: <br />PART OF LOT THREE (3), BLOCK SIXTY-SIX (66), ORIGINIAL TOWN, NOW GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE <br />NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT THREE (3), RUNNING THENCE SOUTHERLY ON A <br />WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT EIGHTY-EIGHT FEET (88'), THEN EASTERLY AT RIGHT ANGLES <br />SEVENTEEN HALF FEET (17 1/2'), RUNNING THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION <br />FORTY-FOUR FEET (44') TO THE ALLEY IN SAID BLOCK, RUNNING THENCE EASTERLY AT RIGHT <br />about:blank 1/4 <br />
