<br />as Beneficiary, dated June 28, 2000, and recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds in HALL COUNTY Nebraska, in Book NA

<br />has been paid; and

<br />Now, therefore, in view of the premises, the undersigned hereby appoints
<br />Joseph H. Badami whose address is 301 South 13th Street, Suite 500, Lincoln,
<br />Nebraska 68508, as successor Trustee under said Trust deed to have all the
<br />powers of said original Trustee, effective forthwith. Original Trustee has
<br />been notified of substitution.
<br />Further, the Undersigned hereby requests that the property held by the
<br />Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person(s) entitled thereto.
