Meyer, a single person, <br />as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska on June <br />23, 1997, as Instrument No. 97- 104920, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Seven (7), Block One (1), in Bogg's and Hill's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully <br />paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 14th day of November, 2001. <br />'} Ftb A0/ <br />-a <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, <br />TRUSTEE <br />By: JoXy L.
