FSA-2300-7 NE (12-27-23) <br />202501894 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />(15) <br />It is specifically understood and agreed this instrument shall not be construed as a subordination of the Prior <br />Indebtedness, defined to be a Note or Debt Instrument dated (13) 04/11/2025 whose principal <br />balance does not exceed the Maximum Lien Amount(s) of (14): $ 536,300.00 and <br />including extensions, renewals or modifications thereof.
