<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by 
<br />EQUESTRIAN MEADOWS, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company ( "Trustor ") 
<br />to TierOne Bank as (`Trustee ") for the benefit of 
<br />TierOne Bank the (`Beneficiary") named therein, dated July 1, 2003, and May 19, 2003, and recorded on July 2, 2003 and May 21, 
<br />2003, as Instrument No. 0200308465 and Instrument No. 0200306392, in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, 
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
