<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />EQUESTRIAN MEADOWS, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company ( "Trustor ")
<br />to TierOne Bank as (`Trustee ") for the benefit of
<br />TierOne Bank the (`Beneficiary") named therein, dated July 1, 2003, and May 19, 2003, and recorded on July 2, 2003 and May 21,
<br />2003, as Instrument No. 0200308465 and Instrument No. 0200306392, in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Equestrian Meadows
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Formerly Known As:
<br />Lot Two (2), Burch Second Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Deed recorded
<br />as Document No. 200007329. AND as shown on attached Exhibit "A"
