TRACT 2) THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-ONE (21) TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA.
