That Grantor as required by §76-1007 published a Notice of Trustee's Sale to be held on <br />March 4, 2025, at 12:00 noon in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West <br />First Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. Said Notice was published in the Grand Island <br />Independent, a legal newspaper of Hall County, Nebraska, once a week for five consecutive <br />weeks commencing on January 14, 2025, and ending February 11, 2025. The last <br />publication notice was at least ten days prior to the Trustee's Sale scheduled for March 4, <br />2025, and said sale was not later than 30 days after the last publication of notice. <br />6. Attorney for Grantor conducted a sale of the real property at public auction on March 4, <br />2025, at 12:00 noon in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First <br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. Grantor accepted the bid of PAUL MEYER, in the sum <br />of Eighty -Five Thousand Nine Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($85,900.00) as the highest <br />bid upon said real property.
