Plaintiff <br />appears by and through Attorney Rene Blauhorn All Defendants having failed to <br />answer or otherwise plead, their defaults are entered. <br />The Court finds: <br />1. The Court has jurisdiction of all the parties and the subject matter. <br />2. The allegations of the Complaint are generally true. <br />3. Araceli Gonzlaz Luna is also known as Araclei Gonzalez Luna <br />4. J&B Rentals, LLC, Plaintiff, is the owner in fee simple of the following <br />described <br />real estate, to -wit: <br />Alda Village Clarkson's First Addition, Lot Ten (10) Block Ten (10) to <br />the City of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska (hereafter the "real estate"), <br />5. Plaintiff J&B Rentals, LLC has been in actual, continuous, notorious, <br />exclusive, and adverse possession of the above described real estate under claim of <br />title for more than ten (10) years immediately prior to the commencement of this <br />action, intending and claiming such title and possession against all persons <br />whomsoever, during all of said time. <br />6.
