<br />presents do make, constitute and appoint Pamela G. Lindsay, as my true and lawful
<br />attorney for me. if Pamela O. Lindsay is unable or tirualling to serve. l then appoint Bari
<br />Wolf as successor agent.. The above named persons may act in my name, place and
<br />stead, and on my behalf, subject to the provisions of Paragraph 14 hereof, to do and

<br />recover and receive al sums of money, debts, dues, goods, wares, merchandise, chattels,
