<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November 10,
<br />2021, executed by Innate Development 2, LLC, whose address is 1201 Allen Dr #240, Grand Island, NE 68803-3333;
<br />A Nebraska Limited Liability Company ("Trustor") in which Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded November 10, 2021, as Instrument No. 202109565 of
<br />Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that part of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have
<br />been paid and a portion of the property described below have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for a
<br />partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />Outlot B, Legacy 34 Second Subdivision, Outlot K Legacy 34 Third Subdivision and Outlot A, Legacy 34 Fourth
<br />Subdivision, all in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />AND
<br />Outlot M, Legcy 34 Third Subdivision and Outlot L, Legacy 34 Fourth Subdivision, all in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of Trust
<br />being partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Aaron Purvis, Chief Credit Officer, and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto
