Property Tax ID 0400522510. <br />The Lien holder, in consideration of receiving payment for labor and/or materials provided, <br />releases the Property and/or improvements located on the Property from any and all liens, rights, or <br />claims, statutory or otherwise, that the Lien holder may have by reason of providing labor and /or <br />materials for the Property and/or improvements located on the Property. <br />The lien releases both FAmos Construction and the owner of the Property held by Alloway <br />Company LLC, 1717 Burt St, Omaha, Nebraska 68505, recorded in Hall County Nebraska as: <br />Mechanic's Lien Number 202500819. <br />The Lien holder acknowledges that this Waiver releases the Lien holder's right under the laws of <br />the State of Nebraska, and further acknowledges that the execution of the Waiver is the Lien holder's <br />voluntary act and deed.
