Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife as Trustor, <br />in which First State Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall county, in Instruments No. 200304338 and Instrument No. 200312901 has received from the <br />Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, a portion of the real property described therein: <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such deed of trust the <br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person s entitled thereto, namely Richard L. <br />Hartman and Patricia A.
