WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated December 31, 2001 and executed by Jim Narber Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as
<br />Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200200178 in the Register of Deeds office
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska dated January 7, 2001, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lots Three (3), Four (4), and Five (5), Morningside Acres Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
