<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, Q
<br /> under the Deed of Trust dated January 20, 1995, executed by Greg A. Sanchez & Martha F.
<br /> Sanchez, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee, which were recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, as Document#95-100422 on the 23rd day of January, 1995 and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br /> Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br /> Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> Lot One (1), in Island Acres Number 3, being a replat of Lot Fifteen (15), Island Acres, a
<br /> Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br /> paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust , the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br /> persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br /> lN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
