<br /> Document#96-109780 on the 17th day of December, 1996,and
<br /> WHEREAS,said undersigned,Five Points Bank,as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Bene�ciary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:
<br /> The Southerly One Half(S�)of Lots One(1)and Two(2)in Block Nineteen(19)in the Original Town,
<br /> now City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
