2025011 30 ORDINANCE NO. 67e AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING REAL ESTATE TO THE VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA KNOWN AS "ROBB SUBDIVISION" AN ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA CONTAINING 6.397 ACRES, MORE OR LESS; REPEAL OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY. The Village of Doniphan hereby fmds that the following described real estate is contiguous to the Village of Doniphan, is suburban or commercial in character and not rural in character, to wit: Robb Subdivision, an Addition to the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, legally described as follows: A tract of land consisting of a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1 /4,NE 1 /4) of Section One (1), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6a' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot One (1), Crane View Second Subdivision, said point being on the west right of way line of U.S. Highway 281 and also being the point of beginning, thence S89°41'29"W, on the North line of said Lot One (1), Crane View Second Subdivision, a distance of 228.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot One (1), Crane View Second Subdivision; thence S00°31'21"W on the West line of said Lot One (1), a distance of 227.99 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of Clarice Street and also being the Southwest corner of said Lot One (1), Crane View Second Subdivision, thence S8919'02"W, on said North right-of-way line, a distance of 117.11 feet; S8934'24"W a distance of 252.90 feet; thence N00°31'21 "E a distance of 150.23 feet; thence N8917'45"E a distance of 150.00 feet; thence N00°31'21"E a distance of 600.00 feet; thence N8937'45"E a distance of 220.00 feet; thence S00°31'21 "W a distance of 122.28 feet; thence N89°37'45"E a distance of 228.00 feet to the West right of way line of US Highway 281; thence S0011'21"W, on said West right of way line, a distance of 400.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said tract contains a calculated area of 278667.54 square feet or 6.397 acres more or less of which 1.205 acres is new dedicated road right- of-way. and that it should be, and hereby is annexed into the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska.
