HERMAN PARTNERSHIP, being first duly sworn <br />upon oath, depose and state that they know of their own personal knowledge: <br />That they are the owners of record and present title holders in fee simple in the real estate <br />legally described as: <br />Lot One (1) South of Highway #2 and Lot Two (2), Excepting the South Ten (10) feet thereof in <br />Block Eight (8), Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract of land as <br />shown in Warranty Deed filed in Book 82, Page 596. <br />That they are in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and the <br />whole thereof, and that they and the immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and <br />unbroken record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof, for a period of more <br />than Twenty -Three (23) years last past and that during that time title to said premises has never <br />been disputed. <br />That they make this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska "Marketable Title <br />Act", being Neb.
