That every reasonable effort to effect reconciliation has been made by the parties, <br />but the marriage of the Plaintiff and the Defendant is irretrievably broken and the marriage <br />should be and hereby is dissolved. <br />5. That the Plaintiff and the Defendant are not now parties to any other pending <br />action for divorce, separation, or dissolution of marriage. <br />6. That three children were born of said marriage, namely: <br />Ashley M. Santiago Sopon Born in 2001 <br />Shirley Santiago Sopon Born in 2004 <br />Ariel Santiago Sopon Born in 2007 <br />Evidence was adduced sufficient to establish that Defendant is the father of Ashley M. Santiago <br />Sopon beyond reasonable, doubt. <br />7. The sole legal and physical custody of the minor children is placed in Ubalda <br />Santiago. Defendant shall have parenting time with the minor children under the supervision of <br />the Plaintiff or someone nominated by the Plaintiff who is familiar to the children. Said <br />parenting time shall be in Nebraska and as allowed by the Plaintiff. <br />8. Defendant was served by publication, therefore, no child support obligation is <br />established at this time. <br />9. Plaintiff is awarded, free and clear from any interest by the Defendant, all <br />property currently in her possession including the following described real property: Lot Ten <br />(10), in Block Seventeen (17) in Fair View Park Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska and the Easterly Fifty-two and Eight Tenths Feet (E52.8') of Fractional Lot <br />Eight (8), Block Three (3), in H.G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. Commonly known as 902 W. 9th St., Grand Island, NE 68801. Plaintiff assumes the <br />mortgage attached to said property. <br />10. Neither party is awarded alimony. <br />11. Plaintiff is allowed to travel with the minor children out of the United States <br />without prior notice to the Defendant and without his approval for vacation purposes. Neither <br />
