The Premises does not include any part of the North Portion as depicted on the <br />attached Exhibit B. <br />WHEREAS, the Lessor and Lessee desire to execute, deliver and record this Memorandum <br />for the purpose of putting all persons on notice of Lessee's rights and interests under the Agreement <br />in the Premises. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of <br />which are hereby acknowledged, the Lessor and Lessee do hereby state, declare and establish as <br />follows: <br />1 <br />
