<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JAMES D SWIATOVIAK AND LAUREN F SWIATOVIAK. HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MARCH 22, 2000 and recorded OCTOBER 13, 2000 OCTOBER 11, 2000 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200008483 200008395
<br />200008392 200008393 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
