<br />Lessor and Assignors are the Lessees, such Lease commenced JULY 27, 1988, and terminates JULY 31, 2023,
<br />and pertains to following described premises:
<br />LOT TWENTY -EIGHT (28), KUESTER LAKE, HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE OF 100 FEET AND
<br />SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE EAST PORTION OF KUESTER LAKE AND BEING A PART
<br />OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (El /2SW1/4), IN SECTION THIRTEEN (13),
<br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, BOUNDED ON THE WESTERLY SIDE BY A COMMON ROAD.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $35,000.00, with interest and according to
<br />the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.
