<br />GAS UTILITY EASEMENT
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Arthur P. Stelk, Trustee of the Arthur P. Stelk Living Revocable Trust, the "Grantor", of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, remise, convey and relinquish unto
<br />NorthWestern Energy Public Service Corporation, a South Dakota corporation, d/b/a NorthWestern Energy,
<br />the "Grantee", with its principal operations office located at 600 Market Street West, Huron, South Dakota 57350, its
<br />successors or assigns, a gas utility easement for the installation, maintenance and operation of an underground
<br />natural gas pipeline along with all appurtenances thereto over, under, upon and through the following described real
<br />estate in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />A 10-foot-wide tract of land located in part of Lot Four (4) Island of Section One (1), Township
<br />Ten North (T10N), Range Ten West (R10W) of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southwest (SW) corner of Section 1; thence on an assumed bearing of
<br />North 00°19'08" East, along the West line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW1/4 SW1/4), a distance of 648.97 feet; thence South 89°40'52" East, a distance of 33.00
<br />feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 00°19'08" East, parallel to said West line of the
<br />SW1/4 SW1/4, and along the East county road right-of-way line, a distance of 10.00 feet;
<br />thence South 89°40'52" East, a distance of 17.00 feet; thence South 00°19'08" West, parallel
<br />to said West line of the SW1/4 SW1/4, a distance of 607.93 feet; thence North 89°08'27" East,
<br />parallel to the South line of said SW1/4 SW1/4, a distance of 1313.31 feet to the East line of
<br />said SW1/4 SW114; thence South 00°04'48" West, along said East line of the SW114 SW1/4, a
<br />distance of 10.00 feet to a point 40.00 feet North of said South line of the SW1/4 SW114; thence
<br />South 89°08'27" West, parallel to said South line of the SW1/4 SW1/4, a distance of 1323.35
<br />feet to a point 40.00 feet East of said West line of the SW1/4 SW114; thence North 00°19'08"
<br />East, parallel to said West line of the SW1/4 SW1/4, and along the East county road right-of-
<br />way line, a distance of 608.14 feet; thence North 89°40'52" West, a distance of 7.00 feet to the
<br />Point of Beginning; as illustrated in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Said tract of land containing
