<br />AND WIFE, (DEBTORS), of a Lease dated JULY 27, 1988, wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC. is the Lessor and
<br />JAMES D SWIATOVIAK AND LAUREN F SWIATOVIAK, HUSBAND AND WIFE are the Lessees, such
<br />Lease commenced JULY 27, 1988, and terminates JULY 31, 2023, and pertains to:
<br />LOT TWENTY -EIGHT (28) SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE EAST PORTION OF KUESTER'S LAKE, AND BEING
<br />ON A PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E1 /2SW1 /4) OF SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP
<br />ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6T" P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessors' consent was given by said Debtors to HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party) as
<br />additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount of $35,000.00 and a Financing Statement or
<br />mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said note (bond).
