He is Trustee under the Trust Deed recorded in the office of the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 201903112. <br />2. That Leonard J. Rainforth and Diana L. Rainforth, husband and wife, are the <br />Trustors under the said Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Zachary Butz as Trustee under the <br />aforementioned Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Dutch Creek Equity, LLC. <br />4.
