<br /> RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE LEASE AND AGREEMENT •
<br /> IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debts named therein, the FIVE POINTS BANK, '��"
<br /> 2015 North Broadweli, Grand Island, Nebraska hereby releases the Assignment to FIVE POINTS �
<br /> BANK by DBR Enterprises, Inc. and Richard J. Russell and Barbara J. Russell, husband and wife, ��' a
<br /> d/b/a Runza Drive Inn of Grand Island as borrowers, and J.M. Lingeman, also known as Jack M. �

<br /> Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., less a
<br /> certain tract of land previously deeded to the State of Nebraska under deed recorded at Book
<br /> 140, Page 260, and legally described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot A; thence southerly on the East line of said Lot A
<br /> and said Lot 11 a distance of 292.6 feet; thence northerly a distance of 260.1 feet to a point 7.0
<br /> feet westerly from said East line; thence northweste�ly a distance of 38.2 feet to a point on the
<br /> North line of said Lot A; thence easterly on said North line a distance of 27.0 feet to the point of
<br /> beginning, containing 1,463.99 square feet, more or less, which includes 225.00 square feet,
