<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST ("Security Instrument") is made on February 14, 2025. The grantors are BLAKE
<br />BOWERS and CHANDA BOWERS, married to each other, whose address is 6300 ALDA RD S, ALDA,
<br />Nebraska 68810 ("Grantor"). Grantor is not necessarily the same as the Person or Persons who sign the Note. The
<br />trustee is LILIANA SHANNON, whose address is 10855 WEST DODGE RD., SUITE 230, OMAHA, NE 68154
<br />("Trustee"). The beneficiary is FARM CREDIT MID-AMERICA, FLCA, which is organized and existing under
<br />the laws of the United States of America and whose address is PO BOX 34390, LOUISVILLE, Kentucky 40299
<br />("Lender"). BLAKE BOWERS and CHANDA BOWERS ("Borrower") owe Lender the principal sum of One
<br />Hundred Sixty-five Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-six and 87/100 Dollars (U.S. $165,976.87), which is
<br />evidenced by the note, consumer loan agreement, or similar writing dated the same date as this Security
<br />Instrument (the "Note"), which provides for monthly payments ("Periodic Payments"), with the full debt, if not
<br />paid earlier, due on March 1, 2055. This Security Instrument secures to Lender: (a) the repayment of the debt
<br />evidenced by the Note, with interest, and all renewals, extensions and modifications of the Note; (b) the payment
<br />of all other sums, with interest, advanced to protect the security of this Security Instrument under the provisions of
<br />the section titled PROTECTION OF LENDER'S RIGHTS IN THE PROPERTY; and (c) the performance of
<br />the covenants and agreements under this Security Instrument and the Note. For this purpose, Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the debt and the trust herein created, irrevocably grants and conveys to Trustee, in trust for the
<br />benefit of Lender as beneficiary, with power of sale, all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to the
