The Third Party Lender Agreement was subsequently recorded on 04/25/2023 as Instrument <br />No. 202301991 in the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, relating to real estate described as: <br />Unit 8, Park Island Square II Business Condominiums, a condominium in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, according to Declaration recorded December 23, 2021 as Document No. 202110859 <br />and Amendment recorded February 17, 2022 as Document No. 202201259, together with the undivided <br />interest in common elements as described in the Declaration and Amendment to be appurtenant to such <br />unit. <br />Since Bruning Bank executed the Third Party Lender Agreement, the Borrower has satisfied its obligation <br />to the United States Small Business Administration and Nebraska Economic Development Corporation; <br />which necessitates the termination of the Third Party Lender Agreement and Release of Bruning <br />Bank from its obligations under the Third Party Lender Agreement. <br />Premised upon the foregoing, Nebraska Economic Development Corporation, as Attorney in Fact for the <br />United States Small Business Administration, an agency of the United States of America and assignee of <br />the Third Party Lender Agreement, hereby terminates the Third Party Lender Agreement and releases <br />Bruning Bank from its obligations under the Third Party Lender Agreement. <br />Nebraska Economic Development Corporation, <br />Attorney -in -Fact for the United States Small <br />Bu ess <br />Sco r ailors;'President <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF LANCASTER <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me, JYlf j1f ,i w I ' , a Notary Public, <br />this 5th day of February, 2025 by Scott Sailors, President, of Nebraska Economic Development <br />Corporation, as Attorney -in -Fact for the United States Small Business Administration. <br />Public <br />GENERAL NOTARY - State of Nebraska JENNIFER FOWLER <br />My Comm.
