Upon completion of the NAHTF program as herein <br />provided, Lender shall direct the Trustee to reconvey the property and shall <br />surrender this security instrument and any Notes secured thereby. Trustee shall <br />reconvey the property without warranty and without charge to the persons legally <br />entitled to it. <br />16. SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE. Lender, at its option, may, from time to time, <br />remove the Trustee and appoint a successor Trustee in accordance with Nebraska <br />law. Without conveyance of the property, the successor Trustee shall succeed to all <br />the title, power and duties conferred upon Trustee herein and by Nebraska Law. <br />17. REAL ESTATE TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS. Borrower shall pay all <br />general real estate taxes and special assessments against the property before the <br />same become delinquent. <br />18. EXPENSES. Except when prohibited by law, Borrower agrees to pay all <br />of Lender's expenses and attorneys' fees if Borrower breaches any covenant in this <br />Deed of Trust. Borrower will also pay on demand all of Lender's expenses incurred in <br />collecting, insuring, preserving, or protecting the property which is the subject of this <br />Deed of Trust. Borrower agrees to pay all costs and expenses incurred by Lender in <br />enforcing or protecting Lender's rights and remedies under this Deed of Trust, <br />including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees, court costs, and other legal expenses.
