That on or around November 5, 2024, a Lease was recorded as Instrument No. <br />202405585 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska (the "Lease") for the <br />property legally described as: <br />Lots 16 and 17, having a lake front footage of 190 feet, situated on the East side of the <br />West portion of the West portion of Kuester Lake, and being a part of the East Half of the <br />Southwest Quarter in Section 13, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by the common road: <br />TOGETHER WITH <br />A tract of land situated on the Northerly side of Lot 18 situated on the East side of the West <br />portion of Kuester Lake and being a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, <br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the <br />Easterly side by the common road and as shown on a plat in the possession of Kuester Lake, Inc., <br />the lessor, and more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point on the Northerly line of said Lot 18 and which point is 158.5 feet <br />Westerly from the Northeast corner of said Lot 18, and then running Westerly on an extension of <br />the Northerly line of said Lot 18, for a distance of 12 feet; deflecting then Left 116° and running <br />thence Southwesterly to the shore line, as the same may exist from time to time based upon the <br />lake level of Kuester Lake; and then running Southeasterly along and upon such shore line to a <br />point, and such point is the Southwesterly end of a line measured as follows: Commencing at a <br />point on the Northerly line of said Lot 18 and which point is 158.5 feet Westerly from the <br />Northeast corner of said Lot 18; thence deflecting Left 64° and running Southwesterly to the <br />shore line and being the point referred to at the end of the paragraph next above. <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM <br />A tract of land situated on the Southerly side of Lot 17 situated on the East side of the West <br />portion of Kuester Lake and being part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, <br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the <br />Easterly side by the common road and as shown on a plat in the possession of Kuester Lake, Inc., <br />the Lessor, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 17 and running thence parallel to the <br />Westerly side of the common road and for a distance of 10 feet; running thence Westerly for a <br />distance of 159.5 feet to where such line intersects the Southerly line of said Lot 17; and which is <br />158.5 feet Westerly from the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 17; thence running Easterly along <br />
