Brown, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about June 23, 1998, <br />make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein <br />said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot Four (4) in Block Four (4), in Lambert's Second Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of <br />Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on June 25, 1998, in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 106148. <br />On or about June 23, 1998, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary, assigned <br />all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
