Baetz and Amanda A. Baetz, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on or <br />about February 28, 2002, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a <br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Eighteen (18), University Place, an addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of <br />Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on February 28, 2002, in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200202285. <br />On or about February 28, 2002, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary, <br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, <br />Inc.
