<br />and is ith reference to Deed of Trust wherein G.I.S.C. Land
<br />Development, L.L.C., is Beneficiary, and Arlington Investments, s S
<br />Inc., is Trustor and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on January 8, 2004
<br />and identified as Document No. 0200400237 , conveying to
<br />Trustee, Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real
<br />estate described in said Deed, and the undersigned Trustee does
<br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to Arlington Investments, Inc.,
<br />part of the estate now held by it thereunder, described as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), Richmond Third Subdivision to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Trustee retains the Deed of Trust on the balance of the real
<br />estate described in the original Deed of Trust. _
