<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned; whose name and address is W. Eric Wood, 11515 South 39th Street,
<br />Bellevue NE 68123, and who is designated as Trustee under the Trust Deed dated October 1, 2001,
<br />executed by Robert L. Siemers and Betty Joan Siemers, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Nebraska
<br />Law Offices, P.C., a Nebraska Professional Corporation d/b /a Downing, Alexander & Wood is named as
<br />Beneficiary, said Trust Deed being recorded as Instrument No. 0200202578 of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska, has received from Nebraska Law Offices, P.C., the Beneficiary thereunder, a
<br />request to reconvey, a parcel of property on said Deed of Trust.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto,
<br />to wit, Robert L. Siemers and Betty Joan Siemers, husband and wife, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Hill Feedlot N % SW '/4 Section 23, Township 12 North, Range 10, West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska (80 a).
