<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />by MICHAEL FRANZ WIECK, a single person, MICHAEL LESSLIE WIECK and ROSWITHA
<br />PAULA WIECK, husband and wife, BRIAN LESLIE WIECK, a single person, and MARK
<br />JAMES WIECK, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />WILLIAM BARGE and WENDY WILLMAN, husband and wife, the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />on November 26, 2018 and recorded on November 26, 2018 as Instrument No. 201807643 in the
<br />Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person
<br />or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said
<br />Trust Deed in the following -described premises:
<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E 1/2 NE VI) of Section Twenty -Seven (27)
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6111 P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, sometimes also known and described as Lot One (1) on Island, and the
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/a), Section Twenty -Seven
<br />(27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
<br />and easements of record; Excepting a tract of land conveyed in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded as Document No. 81-001574; and Excepting a tract of land conveyed in
<br />Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 82-004224; and
<br />Excepting a tract of land conveyed in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No.
<br />83-001064.

<br />the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the One Quarter Corner, common to Section Twenty -Two (22) and
<br />Twenty -Seven (27); thence Easterly on the Section line, Thirteen Hundred
<br />Nineteen and Four Tenths (1319.4) feet to the East One Sixteenth (E 1/16) Corner,
<br />common to Section Twenty -Two (22) and Twenty -Seven (27); thence Easterly on
<br />the Section line, Three Hundred Fourteen and Nine Tenths (314.9) feet to an Angle
<br />Point; thence deflecting 74°48' right, One Hundred Eighty -Four and Five Tenths
<br />(184.5) feet, on the Section line to the point of beginning; thence continuing on the
<br />Section line, Thirty -Seven and No Tenths (37) feet, to an Angle Point; thence
<br />deflecting 72°52' left, Eight Hundred Eighty -Eight and Seven Tenths (888.7) feet
<br />on the Section line to a point Forty (40) feet West of the Southeast corner of said
