CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of <br />WILLIAM BARGE and WENDY WILLMAN, husband and wife, the Beneficiary named therein, <br />on November 26, 2018 and recorded on November 26, 2018 as Instrument No. 201807643 in the <br />Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this <br />Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person <br />or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said <br />Trust Deed in the following -described premises: <br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E 1/2 NE VI) of Section Twenty -Seven (27) <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6111 P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, sometimes also known and described as Lot One (1) on Island, and the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/a), Section Twenty -Seven <br />(27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. Hall <br />County, Nebraska, subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, <br />and easements of record; Excepting a tract of land conveyed in Warranty Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 81-001574; and Excepting a tract of land conveyed in <br />Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 82-004224; and <br />Excepting a tract of land conveyed in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. <br />83-001064. <br />And <br />A tract of land located in the Fractional East Half of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section Twenty -Two (22), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of <br />the 6th P.M.
