<br />ISLAND GRAND RENTALS, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, herein
<br />called the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and
<br />appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath,
<br />and through a part of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven
<br />(7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), and Eleven (11), Pleasant View Fourteenth Subdivision,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the five (5.0) foot wide utility easement
<br />and right-of-way tracts being more particularly described as follows:
<br />The westerly five (5.0) feet of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and
<br />Five (5), and the northerly five (5.0) feet of Lots Six (6), and Seven (7), and
<br />the easterly five (5.0) feet of Lots Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), and Eleven
<br />(11), all in Pleasant View Fourteenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The above -described easement and right-of-way containing a total of .10
