202500490 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10,006 (Cont.) <br />And an eight (8.0) foot wide easement described in Ordinance No. 4892, recorded <br />in Misc. Book 21, Page 81, in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as being retained in that part of vacated Harrison Street lying between <br />Block Five (5) Kernohan and Decker's Addition and Block Fifty (50) Packer and <br />Barr's Second Addition, with its complement Block Four (4) Kernohan and <br />Decker's Addition as: the westerly eight (8.0) feet of said vacated Harrison <br />Street, except the southerly one hundred forty eight (148.0) feet thereof. <br />Such Easements to be vacated as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto dated <br />1/11/2025 and incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 2. The title to the property vacated by Section 1 of the ordinance shall revert <br />to the owner or owners of the real estate upon which the easement is located. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby directed to be recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 4.
