202500472 Section 2. Insurance by Owner Owner shall not be prohibited from carrying other insurance for their own benefit provided that all such policies shall contain waivers of subrogation, provided, further, that no owner shall have the right to insure any of the common elements individually. Insurance coverage on furnishings and other items of personal or other property belonging to an owner and public liability coverage within each suite or garage shall be the sole and direct responsibility of the suite owner thereof, and the Board of Directors and the Association shall have no responsibility therefor. ARTICLE X. WAIVER OF NOTICE Whenever any notice is required to be given to any incorporator or member or director of the Association under the provisions of these Bylaws or under the provisions of the Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation Act or any other applicable law, a waiver thereof in writing, signed by the person or persons entitled to such notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of such notice. ARTICLE XI . AMENDMENTS These Bylaws may be altered, amended or repealed, and new Bylaws may be adopted by a majority vote of all of Board of Directors present at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Directors, provided a proper quorum exists.
