202500472 <br />Section 2. Insurance by Owner <br />Owner shall not be prohibited from carrying other insurance for their own benefit provided <br />that all such policies shall contain waivers of subrogation, provided, further, that no owner shall have <br />the right to insure any of the common elements individually. <br />Insurance coverage on furnishings and other items of personal or other property belonging to <br />an owner and public liability coverage within each suite or garage shall be the sole and direct <br />responsibility of the suite owner thereof, and the Board of Directors and the Association shall have no <br />responsibility therefor. <br />ARTICLE X. WAIVER OF NOTICE <br />Whenever any notice is required to be given to any incorporator or member or director of the <br />Association under the provisions of these Bylaws or under the provisions of the Nebraska Nonprofit <br />Corporation Act or any other applicable law, a waiver thereof in writing, signed by the person or persons <br />entitled to such notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to <br />the giving of such notice. <br />ARTICLE XI . AMENDMENTS <br />These Bylaws may be altered, amended or repealed, and new Bylaws may be adopted by a <br />majority vote of all of Board of Directors present at any regular or special meeting of the Board of <br />Directors, provided a proper quorum exists. <br />It is hereby certified that these Bylaws were unanimously adopted by the Board of Directors of <br />the Association at a duly called meeting held the a.O ' day of "tz.,Ct hn, . <br />
