This amendment has been approved by the <br />owners of not less than 18 of the suites in Pinewood Condominium, in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Each capitalized term used in this First Amendment, unless defined in this document, <br />shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Declaration. <br />Article IV Section 1 is amended in its entirety to provide: Each suite shall be used as a <br />residence for one family and for no other purposes unless otherwise approved in writing by the <br />Board of the Directors of the Association. The term "family" shall include the suite owner, their <br />spouses, domestic partners, and persons who qualify for income tax purposes as dependents of <br />those owners under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code and temporary guests if the <br />owner is present. The term "owner" includes a trustee if the suite is titled in the name of a trust, <br />or the majority owner if the suite is titled in the name of an entity. <br />Article IV Section 7 is amended in its entirety to provide: Following the date of adoption <br />of this amendment, no antennas, solar panels, satellite dishes, transmission wires, loud speakers, <br />
