<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Douglas D.
<br />Thompson and Dianne L. Thompson, husband and wife, as Trustors, to Duane A.
<br />Burns, as Trustee, for the benefit of Robert D. Thompson, now deceased, and Florence
<br />M. Thompson, surviving joint tenant, recorded as Documents 92- 102933
<br />(Acknowledgment) and Document No. 92- 102934 (Deed of Trust), has been paid, and
<br />the Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right,
<br />title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgment in the following:
<br />The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW 1 /4NE1 /4)
<br />of Section Twenty (20), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve
<br />(12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
