<br />Whereas, William E. Langdon, has been appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated April 25, 1997 from trustor(s) Rodney M. Beckstrom and Judith E. Beckstrom for
<br />the benefit of TMS Mortgage Inc., dba The Money Store, now known as HomEq
<br />Servicing Corporation which Deed of Trust was recorded May 1, 1997 as Inst. No. 97-
<br />103362, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
<br />Lot 2, Eberl Subdivision, and further known and designated as Metes and
<br />Bounds Property, Hall County, Nebraska
