<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record
<br />on February 4, 2002, as Document No. 200201349, in the records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, by Ray T. Peters and Christina Peters, husband and wife as joint tenants, as
<br />Trustors, in which Equifirst Corporation, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has
<br />occurred, and the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as
<br />they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness
<br />secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of April 22, 2003, is in the amount of
<br />$112,176.79, plus interest thereafter. You are further notified that because of such
<br />default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy
<br />the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows:
<br />The east 1/2 of lot 5 and all of lot 6, Dean's Subdivision, as surveyed, platted
<br />and recorded in Hall County, Nebraska. _
